Common questions
What happens after 12 months?
The app keeps working indefinitely - you keep every feature you have today, forever. The 12-month entitlement just covers updates released after purchase. If we ship something new you want, you can renew then. There is no pressure to do so.
Will the app still be around in a few years?
Yes. Kitted is designed to work as a proper ongoing business, not a side project. We sell to new customers, and improvements are funded by those sales. There's no plan to switch to a subscription, force an upgrade, or shut things down. If you buy today, you get a product that keeps working - and we'll still be here.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Download and use the full app for 30 days, no purchase or account needed.
Can the whole team use one licence?
The licence covers one active install. Anyone on your local network can connect to that machine via their browser at no extra charge.
What's the refund policy?
